Do you offer coupon codes?
Yes, occasionally we’ll have promotions or sales in which you can use a coupon code to receive discounts on merchandise or shipping options. How do I purchase a gift card?
You can purchase gift certificates online.Click here to purchase. We offer $25, $50, $100 gift certificates. Simply add a gift certificate to your cart and checkout for purchase. No shipping price for gift cards.

Tracking Your Package
Once you complete your order you will receive an Order Confirmation Email detailing your purchase. Next, when your order ships you will receive an email from the carrier (either UPS or U.S. Postal Service) with your tracking number and link to track your shipment.

Standard Overnight will be delivered next business day by end of business, tracking will be provided

Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday-Friday. We do not process orders on the weekend. Orders placed Monday-Friday before 1 PM PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 1 PM PST will begin processing the next business day, and ship within 2 business days. Orders placed on Friday after 1 PM PST will begin processing on the following Monday. TheRedLemonStore.com will contact you with a follow-up email or phone if the merchandise you have selected is not currently in stock or if we need additional identification provided for credit verification.
Do you ship to Military APO, FPO, & PO Boxes?
Yes, We proudly ship to our military customers (APO and FPO) as long as the information can be verified.
*All orders being shipped to APO/FPO military addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail.

Method
To provide you with the most cost effective method of shipping all international orders are shipped using the U.S. Postal Service (USPS).
Delivery Times
TheRedLemonStore.com offers international shipping by USPS Air Mail to a number of international countries. Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. In transit tracking is not provided for your package, we can only confirm delivery.
International Shipping Policy
We require:
All international customers including Puerto Rico fax us a copy of picture identification and front and back of credit card.
You can block all numbers out on the front of the credit card except for the last 4 digits.
The CC and ID should be faxed to 888.610.2809.
You can also scan and email your information to info@theredlemonstore.com
This makes it easier for us to verify your order and get it out quicker! Once your shipping is calculated it will be charged separately. You will be notified through email of the amount before shipment.

Return Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied, all regular-priced clothing will be accepted for a full refund within 14 days of package receipt. Items must be in original packaging, and have not been WORN, WASHED, OR DRY CLEANED. Shipping & handling is not refundable.
Shoes
We accept returns for shoes under the same conditions as our clothing. Please make sure the shoes are unworn and the box is not damaged. Should the shoes be worn, scuffed or the box damaged the refund is at our discretion. A store credit may be issued instead.
Beauty Products
We do not accept returns on beauty products due to the nature of the item.
Undergarments and Swimwear
For hygienic purposes we do not accept returns on undergarments or swimwear.

How do I make a return or exchange?
To make a return or exchange simply mail your item back to the address listed on your returns form. If you are exchanging please call us or email us with your exchange so that we may have your new item waiting and ready to go once we receive your package.
When will I receive my refund?
Please allow 8-10 business days to process your return. Your refund will be processed based on how you placed your original order.
Credit Card: We’ll credit your account minus shipping cost (credit shown on following statement).
Online Gift Certificate or Gift Card: Funds will be replaced on the original Gift Certificate or Gift Card.
